License

Upon purchasing a license, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the InfinipilotAI application on your macOS device.

The license key is tied to a single device but can be transferred to another device by deactivating the original one.

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the app for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Distribute or share your license key with others
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to the app at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users of the app, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Appwide OÜ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the app; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
